Overview
As the first Referrals for Life® client ever, Maile Collmer rose to the top 5% of realtors in Contra Costa County – while keeping her work week under 50 hours and only working occasionally on weekends. Maile knows first-hand how implementing a strategic referral plan can take entrepreneurs to the top of their fields while living spectacularly. After all, at 6 she did work her network to become the top Camp Fire candy sales-girl in Hawaii.
In 2012, President Mike Macedonio and Vice President Dawn Lyons wanted to expand the Asentiv presence in the San Francisco Bay Area and thought of Maile first. Her success as a client, her passion for individual and team excellence, and her “Referrals as a Way of Life” mentality made her more than qualified to become a franchise owner. As a life-long learning dedicated to her clients, Maile quickly rose to the top 10 of franchise owners worldwide.
